Summerland accepts Paypal and major credit cards. While our shopping cart is set up through Paypal you do not need a Paypal account to make a payment with a credit card.


We are happy to provide free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $200. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail (which takes approximately 2-3 business days after dispatch to deliver) with delivery confirmation. Express mail through USPS is also available for domestic orders. Currently we are experiencing a delay in shipping and packages will be shipped on Saturdays only. Summerland is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us if your shipping location is not secure as we’ll be happy to add signature confirmation to your order at no additional charge.

International shipping is offered via USPS Airmail (6-10 business days) or USPS Express International (5 business days). Summerland is not responsible for transit time after the package has left our hands. Customs can sometimes incur additional fees and duties that Summerland is not responsible for, please check with your local mail branch if you have additional questions.


Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase from Summerland. New clothing and accessories in perfect condition with all tags attached can be returned for an exchange, store credit or full refund within 10 days (domestic orders) or 21 days (international orders) of receipt. All shipping charges related to the purchase or return cannot be refunded.

Due to the one of a kind nature vintage clothing and accessories are non-returnable. Please read all measurements carefully and be aware of any minor flaws as stated in the item description. Minor imperfections are common in clothing that is 20+ years old but they will always be mentioned in the item description. Please contact us at if you have any additional questions about vintage items.

All sale merchandise or items purchased with a discount code amounting up to 50% off original price may be returned for a free exchange or store credit only. Sale merchandise that has been marked down more than 50% is considered final sale and cannot be returned. Items returned for store credit will receive a confirmation email with a special code that can be redeemed on within one year of date issued.

We’re sorry but we cannot accept returns of swimwear or earrings, please contact us if you have any additional questions about these items.

All returns and exchanges must include an RA # which can be obtained by emailing The RA # will help expedite your return or exchange. Returns and exchanges can be mailed using the carrier of your choice. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation as Summerland is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Please fill out the return slip included in your order and ship via a secure carrier to the Portland, OR address provided on the form. If you misplace the return form please email us at, we'll get back to you with the necessary information right away.

Please allow 7 days after your return is received for processing. You will receive a confirmation email when the return has been processed. Please be aware that your bank or cardholder may take additional time to post the return to your account.

Summerland reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions previously stated.
